Maths Champions

Our 'Maths Champions' work with Mrs Kendall to promote a love of maths across school. This can involve supporting children in their class to further develop their skills in fluency, reasoning and problem-solving and celebrating those who work hard and show an excellent attitude to learning. Most importantly, the maths champions help Mrs Kendall to organise and run the Maths Hub at lunch times. They are responsible for inviting children to attend when they spot someone displaying resilience, collaboration and aspiration during maths lessons. They love to make the maths hub a warm and inviting environment, they ensure there are a range of fun and interactive activities for children to show off their love of maths!
